Pay Range: $15.15 - $15.15 per hour
Pay Scale: Not applicable

Job Description:

• Maintains a positive and helpful manner when checking in carriers and interacting with other warehouse personnel
• Complies with and communicates any special requests as soon as the needs can be met, and relays information to the On-site Management Team immediately
• Handles difficult situations with patience and tact, conferring with our customer and the On-site Management Team
• Thoroughly advises the On-site Management Team of driver statuses and overall volume throughout the shift
• Executes on core responsibilities consistently: Basic reading/writing comprehension, driver check-in, PO validation, BOL validation, data entry tasks, status updates, and assigning trucks to dock doors
• Records amounts of materials or items received via appropriate computer programs
• Assist site Supervisor with general office adminitration

• 6 months warehouse experience (preferred but willing to train)
• Work in a physically demanding warehouse environment – continuously lifting and moving up to 50 lbs
• Warehouse material handling equipment certification preferred (e.g. electric pallet jack)
• Meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
• Excellent customer service required
• Ability to work in various climate conditions (potentially including cooler/freezers)
• Reliable transportation with the ability to arrive on time
• Standing/climbing 8 to 10 hours per day
• Effective communication skills
• Safety shoes are required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Other duties as assigned
